Do you provide a free consultation or estimate?
Yes! You can fill out the form on our quote page.
This lets us know that you’re interested. After filling the form, we’ll reach out to you, confirm some details and provide your quote. By using this process we make sure that you’re receiving the most accurate quote, helping you make the quickest, most informed decision.
What is the cost of Christmas lights installation?
Pricing is determined by a few factors, including the amount of lighting being installed, where it is being installed, and if you want a one-time install or a multi-year agreement. Our pricing starts at $8 per foot of lighting.
Your quote will always include design, install, maintenance, removal, and storage.
Do you provide maintenance during the holiday season?
Yes! Maintenance is included with every install. Since you are leasing the lights, maintenance, making sure that your display always looks like it did on the first day. Also, if anything happens to your lights while we have them stored, we’ll replace the display at no cost to you.
How early should I book your services for the holiday season?
Earlier is better! We recommend booking as soon as you're ready—our calendar fills quickly, especially in November and December.

We ask that you book at least 5 days in advance. If you're hoping for a quicker turnaround, call us directly at 805-720-2559, and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Can you install lights on specific features like trees, roofs, or fences?
Yes! In addition to roofs, we can install lights onto trees, fences, and lawns. After you submit a form we’ll call you to confirm some of this information. Ask about these services during the call!
Do you remove the lights after the holiday season?
Yes! Every service includes design, installation, maintenance, removal, and storage.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your install for any reason, we require that you let us know at least 72 hours before your scheduled install. There is a 50% deposit after we call to finalize the details and your install date. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled install. If you cancel within 72 hours of your install, all but $200 will be refunded. This is to respect the installers' time and ensure they are fairly compensated.
Are you insured?
Yes, we're full insured. While we do our best to keep both people and property safe, if there were an incident, you can be sure we'll be there along side with you to resolve it. If you would like to receive a copy of our COI, please mention it in the Quote form or during a call.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Central Coast. Broadly, this includes areas from Paso Robles to Santa Barbara. If you’re nearby please reach out. We may be able to help even if you're further away.
Can I choose the lights or decorations, or do you provide them?
We offer a leasing model. This means we take care of providing all the materials, but we have a lot of options to choose from! Our standard offering of lights includes Warm White C9 light bulbs with 15” spacing between bulbs. Some customizations can be made at no extra cost, such as changing the color of the bulb to Cool White. Other customizations may cost more.

If you have a specific vision in mind, or you’re looking to customize more than just the color of the blubs and a few decorations, leave a comment about this when you submit a form for a quote and we can help you design your space just the way you want it!
How long does the installation process take?
Most installs take about 3 hours. We have 2 time slots available: morning from 7am-12pm and afternoon from 12:30-5:30pm. Choose which slot you prefer and let us know at what time you would like for us to arrive. Larger displays can take up to 2 or 3 days to completely install.

After you book your install, we will contact you to confirm some details. In some cases, we may need to change the date or time of your install to better fit the scope of the work
Are your lights energy-efficient?
Yes! We only provide LED lights for their superior shine and low energy, low cost use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments (such as Venmo, Paypal, etc.). We do not accept cash
I like to change the look of my home every year. Am I stuck with the same lights from the first year?
We aim to make your Christmas display dreams come true! We absolutely can change the color or pattern of your lights if you choose large C9 string lighting at no extra cost.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same great flexibility with icicle or meteor style lights.
I really like the warm, vintage look of incandescent lights. Do you offer incandescent lights?
We have something better! For many reasons (cost, difficulty, hazards), we do not offer incandescent lighting. However, we do offer LED lights that genuinely look and feel like the vintage incandescent lights you grew up having on your home. They are just as efficient as our normal LEDs, but they are limited and a little more pricey.
Be sure to book early let us know you're looking for that vintage glow!
